Your guide, your starting point

What would you like to know?

Choose a topic for a practical introduction and the tools to get started.

Make the next action visible

Bring dates and responsibilities into view.

The agenda, tasks and assistant help your team work from shared context and keep the next action easy to find.

What you can do

01

See what is coming up

Use the agenda for events, matches and relevant deadlines. Switch between a chronological list and a month view, then filter to the work you need.

02

Give work a clear owner

Track tasks and follow-ups with responsibility and timing. Your role and permissions determine whether you see your own work or wider team activity.

03

Ask with context

Ask the assistant about information available to your account. Review any proposed changes before confirming them.

A good place to start

  1. Open the agenda to review upcoming work.
  2. Choose a type, or open more filters to focus on a profile or time window.
  3. Add an event or update the task that needs your attention.

A few useful distinctions

Before you get started

How access, sharing and the different workspaces fit together.

Why does a colleague see different tools?

ProPath adapts to the role and permissions assigned to an account. Agency staff, scouts, media colleagues and players have different responsibilities. Your agency administrator can help if your access no longer matches your work.

How do targets, recruitment and the roster fit together?

Targets help organise scouting interest. Recruitment supports active contact and progress towards representation. The roster supports represented players and their ongoing development and care.

Can players see everything the agency adds?

No. The player portal is limited to the player's own context and information made available to them. Review the audience and publication controls when sharing documents or briefings.

What should I review when using the assistant?

Check answers against the underlying information before relying on them. Review proposed actions before confirmation, and compare extracted contract details with the original document before accepting them.

What belongs in My profile and what belongs in settings?

My profile is for your account, role explanation, language, notifications and security. Agency settings are for shared reference information. User administration is available to agency administrators.
